A new vegan Quick Serve restaurant and retail concept from Alain Coumont, the founder inventor of “Le Pain Quotidien”

The image is inspired by classic European apothecaries enhancing the colorful dishes and its natural ingredients. The staff wear medical gowns as if they were doctors.

Most of the mill work was built in Belgium and installed here by European craftsmen. This is another example of where our European experience of craft and detail contribute to the execution of a unique customer experience.
