Cafeteria is a very successful iconic restaurant. A modern re-interpretation of the classic American diner, with its white enamel panel exterior and sleek minimalist interior.

In 2015 we were hired to undertake a surgical gut renovation while never shutting down the 24-hour operation. Through careful programming and phasing, we were able to increase the occupancy and triple the size of the cellar, kitchen and preparation spaces.
