Hospitality and food have been a specialty for DOARC since the mid 90's, with over 100 venues of all sizes at all levels completed: from high end dining to multiple unit Quick-Serve restaurants, from intimate Speak-Easy lounges to large occupancy event and performance venues.
Creating successful, appealing venues requires expertise in multiple technical fields, from building codes to implementation. Many aspects involving spatial sequence, lighting, and ventilation must come together to define the exact customer experience, comfort, and tell the singular story imagined by each client.
Knowing our clients and understanding their vision and confines is one key. But the challenges and constraints are multiple, including complex programs, limited space, budget-cost alignment, and an ever-evolving bureaucracy.
